Shipping and Delivery Policy

Xporta is online software provided by Indibuying of 1198, 22nd Cross, HSR Layout Sector 3, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. How the Service is delivered

• Xporta is delivered online at app.xporta.co. Access starts immediately after you create an account, and paid features become available as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay.
• A confirmation of your payment and plan is sent to the email address on your account.
• Your plan usage and any pay-as-you-go pack you buy appear in your account within a few minutes of payment.

2. If access does not arrive

If your plan or pack does not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, email friends@xporta.co with the payment date and amount. We will either activate the purchase or refund it in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Delivery charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges.
